Datasheet

Description

2'-Aminoacetophenone is an orally active inducer of apoptosis and a respiratory biomarker. It detects Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections in cystic fibrosis patients, inhibits LC3BII and p62 in infected macrophages, and regulates autophagy. It can disrupt mitochondrial function by inducing oxidative stress and apoptosis signaling, causing dysfunction in mouse skeletal muscle.
