2'-Aminoacetophenone (Standard) is the analytical standard for 2'-Aminoacetophenone, for research and analytical applications. This orally active apoptosis inducer and respiratory biomarker detects Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections in cystic fibrosis patients. It inhibits LC3BII and p62 protein levels in pqsA or mvfR-infected macrophages, regulating autophagy. 2'-Aminoacetophenone can disrupt mitochondrial function by inducing oxidative stress and apoptosis signaling, leading to mouse skeletal muscle dysfunction.
