Description

ACAT1 Protein, Human (His), a key mitochondrial beta-oxidation enzyme, catalyzes the thiolytic cleavage of 3-oxoacyl-CoA, yielding acetyl-CoA and shortened fatty acyl-CoA. This recombinant human ACAT1 is expressed in E. coli with an N-terminal His tag.
