Arginase-2/ARG2 Protein, Mouse (His-SUMO) is a multifunctional regulator of arginine metabolism and nitric oxide synthesis. This recombinant mouse ARG2, expressed in E. coli with N-6*His and N-SUMO tags, also impacts innate and adaptive immune responses by negatively affecting activated CD4(+) and CD8(+) T cell survival.
