Datasheet

Description

ATP5D Protein, Human (His), a vital component of mitochondrial ATP synthase (Complex V), facilitates ATP generation from ADP using the proton gradient. This recombinant human ATP5D, expressed in E. coli with an N-10*His tag, contributes to ATP hydrolysis as part of the F1 domain and central stalk.
