Datasheet

Description

ATP5F1A Protein, Human (His-SUMO), an important component of mitochondrial ATP synthase (Complex V), coordinates ATP production from ADP. This recombinant human ATP5F1A, expressed in E. coli with N-6*His and N-SUMO tags, forms the catalytic core of F-type ATPase to achieve ATP hydrolysis.
