Bleomycin A5 (Pingyangmycin) hydrochloride is an anti-neoplastic glycoprotein antibiotic. It suppresses Drp1-mediated mitochondrial fission and induces apoptosis in human nasal polyp-derived fibroblasts. Its anticancer activity stems from its ability to produce RNA and DNA breaks, leading to cell death.
