Datasheet

Description

Citrate Synthase/CS Protein, Human (sf9, His), a key enzyme in carbohydrate metabolism, catalyzes the conversion of oxaloacetate and acetyl-CoA into citric acid, initiating the TCA cycle. This recombinant human CS is expressed in Sf9 insect cells with a C-terminal His tag.
