Description

The Mitochondrial Complex III Activity Assay Kit measures the reduction of cytochrome c by Complex III activity. The absorbance of reduced cytochrome c is measured at 550 nm. This fast and reliable method determines Complex III activity in isolated mitochondria, detecting as low as 10 mU/mL and linear up to 30 mU/mL.
