Description

In the Glutamate Dehydrogenase Inhibitor Screening Kit, glutamate is deaminated by GDH to produce NADH, which converts a non-fluorescent probe into a fluorescent product detected fluorometrically at Ex/Em = 535/587 nm in the presence of an enzyme mix.
