Datasheet

Description

HTRA2/OMI Protein, Human (His), a serine protease, induces cell death by inhibiting BIRC proteins and activating caspases, or via a BIRC-independent, caspase-independent pathway. This recombinant human HTRA2/OMI, expressed in E. coli with a C-terminal His tag, also cleaves THAP5 during apoptosis; notably, isoform 2 lacks proteolytic activity.
