Datasheet

Description

IVD Protein, Human (sf9, His) is a key enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of isovaleryl-CoA/3-methylbutyryl-CoA to 3-methylbut-2-enoyl-CoA in the leucine catabolism pathway. This recombinant human IVD, expressed in Sf9 insect cells with an N-terminal His tag, is essential for branched-chain amino acid breakdown and metabolic regulation.
