Datasheet

Description

OGDC-E Protein, Mouse (His-SUMO), a vital component of the 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase complex, drives the conversion of 2-oxoglutarate to succinyl-CoA in mitochondria, a pivotal Krebs cycle step. This recombinant mouse OGDC-E, expressed in E. coli with N-SUMO and N-6*His tags, uses thiamine diphosphate for decarboxylation and participates in nuclear histone succinylation with KAT2A.
