Datasheet

Description

OMA1 Protein, Human (Cell-Free, His-SUMO) is an important inner mitochondrial membrane metalloprotease. This recombinant human OMA1, expressed cell-free from E. coli with N-His and N-SUMO tags, activates in response to stressors, cleaving targets like OPA1, UQCC3, and DELE1. Under membrane potential loss, it cleaves OPA1, negatively regulating fusion.
