PDCD8/AIFM1 Protein, Human (His) functions as both an NADH oxidoreductase and an apoptosis regulator. This recombinant human PDCD8/AIFM1, expressed in E. coli with an N-6*His tag, translocates from the mitochondrial intermembrane space to the cytoplasm and nucleus upon apoptotic stimuli.
