PDK4 Protein, Mouse (221a.a, His) is a key kinase that regulates glucose and fatty acid metabolism by phosphorylating PDHA1 and PDHA2. This recombinant mouse PDK4, expressed in E. coli with an N-6*His tag, inhibits pyruvate dehydrogenase activity, modulates metabolite flux, and inhibits aerobic respiration.
