Datasheet

Description

Phosphocreatine (creatine phosphate), an organic compound in vertebrate skeletal muscles, enhances antioxidant activity and activates the TAK1 pathway to protect the heart. It normalizes mitochondrial function and reduces oxidative stress via the Akt-mediated Nrf2/HO-1 pathway. Phosphocreatine also provides renal protection by suppressing apoptosis and ROS generation through the ERK-mediated Nrf-2/HO-1 pathway.
