PRDX3 Protein, Human, a thiol-specific peroxidase, plays a key role in cellular defense by reducing hydrogen peroxide and organic hydroperoxides. This tag-free recombinant human PRDX3, expressed in E. coli, detoxifies peroxides and cooperates with MAP3K13 to regulate NF-kB activation.
