Datasheet

Description

Q14, a polypeptide derived from the transmembrane domain, inhibits USP30 deubiquitination activity (IC50=57.2 nM). It reduces USP30 activity by blocking the interaction between its transmembrane and catalytic domains. Containing an LC3 interaction region (LIR) motif, Q14 binds to LC3 and accelerates autophagosome formation, promoting mitophagy. It's useful for studying neurodegenerative diseases, mitochondrial quality control, and cell metabolism.
