Description

QNZ is a potent inhibitor of NF-κB activation (IC50 = 11 nM) and TNF-α production (IC50 = 7 nM), indirectly inhibiting NF-κB via inhibition of store-operated calcium entry (SOC). QNZ reduces neuronal SOC, rescues dendritic spine loss, and is a potent inhibitor of mitochondrial complex I (IC50 = 14–25 nM).
