Datasheet

Description

SIRT3 Protein, Human (His, SUMO) is an NAD-dependent protein deacetylase that dynamically affects the acetylation of mitochondrial target proteins (e.g., ACSS1, IDH, GDH, SOD2, PDHA1, LCAD, SDHA, ATP5PO). This recombinant human SIRT3, expressed in E. coli with N-6*His and N-SUMO tags, regulates cellular energy metabolism and fine-tunes tissue-specific ATP levels.
