SLC25A46 Protein, Human (Sf9, His, MBP, FLAG) is a mitochondrial outer membrane transmembrane protein that critically regulates mitochondrial organization by affecting the MICOS complex and participating in mitochondrial cristae biogenesis. This recombinant human SLC25A46, expressed in Sf9 insect cells with N-MBP, C-Flag, and N-8*His tags, also suggests involvement in mitochondrial lipid homeostasis and fission due to its association with EMC.
