SLU-PP-332 is a pan-agonist of estrogen receptor-related receptors with highest potency for ERRα (EC50: ERRα = 98 nM, ERRβ = 230 nM, ERRγ = 430 nM). It enhances mitochondrial function and cellular respiration in skeletal muscle cells.
