ST-CY14 is a Nur77-PPARγ interaction inhibitor (EC50 of 3.15 μM), binding to Nur77 (K d=32 nM) and preventing its ubiquitination and degradation by PPARγ. It reduces fatty acid uptake and mitochondrial respiration, inhibiting CD36 and FABP4 transcription.
