Description

Taurodeoxycholate sodium salt, a bile salt-related anionic detergent, forms in the liver by conjugating deoxycholate with Taurine. It's used to isolate membrane proteins, including inner mitochondrial membrane proteins. Taurodeoxycholate (TDCA) demonstrates anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects.
