Description

Taurodeoxycholate sodium salt (Standard) is a bile salt-related anionic detergent. It forms in the liver by conjugating deoxycholate with Taurine. Used for isolating membrane proteins, including inner mitochondrial membrane proteins, Taurodeoxycholate (TDCA) also shows anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects.
