Datasheet

Description

TFAM Protein, Human (His) regulates lymphangiogenesis, interacts with TEK/TIE2 and ITGA5, and binds to the mitochondrial light chain promoter. This recombinant human TFAM, expressed in E. coli with a His tag, is critical for accurate promoter recognition and transcription initiation as part of the mitochondrial transcription initiation complex with TFB2M and POLRMT.
