Datasheet

Description

TRAP1 Protein, Human (GST), an ATPase chaperone, plays a crucial role in protecting mitochondrial function and polarization, particularly downstream of PINK1 and mitochondrial complex I. This recombinant human TRAP1, expressed in E. coli with an N-GST tag, negatively regulates mitochondrial respiration, balancing oxidative phosphorylation and aerobic glycolysis.
