Datasheet

Description

UQCRH Protein, Human (GST), an important component of the mitochondrial electron transport chain, contributes to oxidative phosphorylation within the ubiquinol-cytochrome c oxidoreductase complex. This recombinant human UQCRH, expressed in E. coli with an N-GST tag, transfers electrons from NADH and succinate to molecular oxygen, establishing an electrochemical gradient for ATP synthesis.
