Description

Ursocholic acid, a mammalian bile acid, converts to deoxycholic acid (UDC) by mouse intestinal flora. It acts as a gallstone dissolving agent in the liver through anti-apoptosis, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, bile regulation, and effects on mitochondrial integrity and cell signaling. It also benefits bones in chronic cholestasis patients.
