Rabbit polyclonal antibody to HBLD2, which is also known as ISCA1 and HESB. HBLD2 is a protein frequently found in the mitochondrion and is expressed in the fourth ventricle of the brain. It is overexpressed in ovary and adrenal. This protein is extensively involved in the maturation of mitochondrial 4Fe-4S proteins functioning late in the iron-sulfur cluster assembly pathway and probably involved in the binding of an intermediate of Fe/S cluster assembly
