Key Responsibilities:
 
	
		- 
			Develop and execute project management plans, keep track of the project team's progress and ensure the project is on schedule.
		
- 
			Leading teams to ensure quality in research and problem solving, including risk management, emergency management and other issues.
		
- 
			Overall responsibility for running projects related to animal behavior testing, managing and coordinating the work of project teams including multiple functional departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
		
Requirements:
	
	
		- Ph.D. in Animal Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Pharmacology or related discipline.
		
- Proven abilities in project design and execution and the ability to manage research teams.
		
- Possess extensive expertise in all aspects of animal experiment development.
		
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.
