Leading teams to ensure quality in research and problem solving, including risk management, emergency management and other issues.
Overall responsibility for running projects related to animal behavior testing, managing and coordinating the work of project teams including multiple functional departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Requirements:
Ph.D. in Animal Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Pharmacology or related discipline.
Proven abilities in project design and execution and the ability to manage research teams.
Possess extensive expertise in all aspects of animal experiment development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.
