CRM1

CRM1

CRM1 (Chromosome region maintenance 1), also called XPO1 (Exportin 1), is a eukaryotic protein that regulates the entry and exit of nuclear proteins, rRNA, snRNA, and mRNA into and out of the nucleus. CRM1 can transport most tumor suppressor proteins and proto-oncoproteins, and its abnormal expression is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors and drug resistance.

Inhibition of CRM1 can regulate the cellular positioning of multiple proteins, including tumor suppressor proteins, cell cycle regulatory proteins, and apoptosis-related proteins, to achieve anti-tumor effects.
