Description

KPT185 is a selective CRM1 inhibitor. KPT-185 significantly inhibits leukemia cell proliferation with IC50 in the range of 100 ~ 500 nM, and induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in AML cell lines and primary AML.

Storage

The lyophilized form should be stored at -20°C, in a desiccated environment.
