25-OH Vitamin D3 Matched Antibody Pair
Description
The 25-OH Vitamin D3 matched antibody pair is specific for 25-OH Vitamin D3 and has been confirmed by ELISA. No cross-reactivity with vitamin D3, vitamin D2 and 25-OH vitamin D2. The kit includes capture and detection antibodies. 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 is produced in the liver by cholecalciferol or 25-hydroxylation of vitamin D3. As a precursor to other vitamin D3 metabolites, it itself has limited biological activity. Detection of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 is of great significance in diagnosing vitamin D deficiency, insufficiency or poisoning.
