Acyl-CoA-Binding Protein (Human) ELISA Kit
Description
ACBP (ACBP) is a widely expressed polypeptide that is widely expressed in high -friendly combination in the long chain alumin enzyme A. The intracellular vectors of the gerbonic enzyme A can be played and regulate the lipid metabolism in the cytoplasma in most cell types. ACBP level is related to the human quality index (BMI). The increase in ACBP levels in mice will trigger fat production, feeding and weight gain, while neutralization of ACBP will increase fat decomposition, reduce food after hunger, and cause mice to lose weight. The plasma level of obese patients increases the level of plasma ACBP, and after the weight loss, the ACBP mRNA and plasma ACBP protein levels of these patients are reduced. ACBP may have a certain effect on preventing or treating obesity and metabolic syndrome.
