Antioxidants
Antioxidants are molecules that slow or prevent oxidation. It is a type of substance that can help capture and neutralize free radicals, thereby eliminating the damage caused by free radicals to the human body.
According to the soluble antioxidants, they can be divided into two categories: water-soluble antioxidants and fat-soluble antioxidants. Water-soluble antioxidants are usually found in the cytoplasmic matrix and plasma, while fat-soluble antioxidants protect cell membrane lipids from peroxidation.
