Description
Garcinol is a polyisoprenylated benzophenone derivative isolated from Garcinia indica. It is a highly effective inhibitor of histone acetyltransferases (HATs) p300 with IC50 of 7μM and PCAF with IC50 of 5μM both in vitro and in vivo.
