Description

Hesperetin is a human Aurora B inhibitor with an IC50 of 40 nM that blocks phosphorylation of substrates. Significantly reduces AMPK, Lck, MKK1, MAPKAP-K1, CHK1 and PHK activities in vivo without inhibiting MKK1 activity.
