PROseq FastSelect Kit

The kit includes buffers and reagents necessary for the preparation of 24 stranded RNA-seq sequencing library. It contains tools for fragmentation, reverse transcription, second-strand synthesis, end-repair, A-addition, adapter ligation, and CleanStart PCR enrichment. It also includes PROseq Beads for library cleanups which can be used with Illumina instruments. The kit comes with a 96 well plate that houses 24 unique barcode-adapters. The plate has a pierceable foil seal, allowing selective access to specific components.

Features

The RNA-seq libraries developed for transcriptome analysis are of high quality and stranded. They only require 100-5000 ng of total RNA or 1-100 ng of poly-A+ enriched RNA. The package includes PROseq Beads and adapter plates for the sample. They can be used with fresh as well as FFPE samples. Additionally, the package comes with access to the RNA-seq Analysis Portal that supports human, mouse, and rat samples.

The PROseq Stranded RNA Library Kits offer a superior technique to produce Illumina compatible RNA-seq libraries from total RNA or mRNA enriched samples. These kits are ideal for uses such as gene expression, fusion gene or mutation detection. The PROseq Stranded mRNA Select Kits contain an optimized mRNA enrichment procedure including all necessary reagents and components to create high-quality RNA-seq libraries. The unique protocol used by the PROseq Stranded RNA Library Kits doesn't demand actinomycin D to keep strand specificity or dUTP for stranded library creation. This ensures highly sensitive detection of low-expression RNA molecules with enhanced complexity and transcript coverage. Moreover, these kits employ CleanStart HiFi PCR Mastermix to guarantee high-fidelity amplification of libraries and protection against PCR contamination. CleanStart HiFi PCR Mastermix is provided in each kit and can be used separately with other library preparation methods.

PROseq Stranded RNA Library Kits produce RNA-seq libraries from minuscule amounts of RNA that come from different sources and species. The CleanStart PCR Mix's ability to decontaminate, along with highly intricate and strand-specific NGS libraries, enables even low-presence transcripts to be analyzed with great accuracy. The simplified 4-5 hour protocol creates NGS libraries and library QC measurements, allowing an NGS sequencing run to start, all within a single workday.
