PROseq FastSelect -rRNA Worm Kits employ an innovative technique to eliminate prevalent but low-value scientific RNA from your RNA-seq libraries. If you're running whole transcriptome analysis using RNA-seq, the PROseq FastSelect -rRNA Worm Kits are helpful to eliminate all rRNAs annotated in RefSeq and Ensembl for the worm species Caenorhabditis elegans. Furthermore, PROseq FastSelect -rRNA Worm may also be effective for additional worm species, provided their target rRNA sequences share homology with those of C. elegans.

Applications

PROseq FastSelect provides quick and dependable removal of RNA, whether full length or fragmented, from worm RNA samples. The species of worm are, however, dependent on the target rRNA sequence's similarity to C. elegans.
