Product Details

Our PROseq FX technology seamlessly integrates an all-enzymatic DNA fragmentation into a streamlined protocol, eliminating the need for additional sample clean-up before adapter ligation. Using a three-reaction protocol, it enables simple automation of library preparation across different liquid-handling platforms, thus reducing the hands-on time and inconsistent results. Compatible with Illumina sequencing devices, it comes in configurations of 24, 96, and 384 samples. Being able to prepare a library in just 2.5 hours, with the absence of a need for expensive DNA shearing equipment, this technology saves considerable time and money.

Applications

The PROseq FX DNA Library Kit is capable of creating high-quality whole genome libraries for application on any Illumina platform, taking only 2.5 hours to transition from purified genomic DNA to libraries ready for sequencing. These libraries can also work with whole exome sequencing (WES) and targeted sequencing based on hybrid capture.
