Product Details

Robust, miRNA-specific libraries can be achieved through optimized reaction chemistry, which also minimizes reaction biases and eliminates adapter dimers. Unique Molecular Indices (UMIs) can reduce PCR and sequencing bias by tagging each miRNA at an early stage. The GeneGlobe-integrated RNA-seq Analysis Portal simplifies miRNA-seq data analysis. This user-friendly, web-based data analysis tool is designed for biologists and is incorporated with PROseq Stranded RNA Library Kits.
768 unique dual indices now allow for high-throughput sequencing on Illumina NovaSeq instruments.
As an essential point, we strongly advise comparing data only with RNA-seq libraries utilizing the same type of indices (single or unique dual indices). This guarantees experimental consistency. Comparison of samples and data should be done within the same indexing type - single-end indexed libraries with single-end indices, and unique dual indices with unique dual indices.
