Features

The PROseq single primer extension (SPE) chemistry is incorporated for flexible design. The PCR duplicates can be removed and sensitivity and specificity can be maximized by Unique Molecular Indices (UMIs). It is fully capable of customization. It features a streamlined workflow with single-tube enrichment pool for simple setup. It proves to be an excellent solution for challenging sample types like FFPE.

Multiple fusion detection systems are plagued by high false-positive (FP) rates due to the high sensitivity of these analyses. In contrast, PROseq Fusion XP Targeted Panels offer both a notably low FP rate and high fusion detection sensitivity, setting them apart from their counterparts.
Utilizing our SPE chemistry that necessitates only one gene-specific primer per target, PROseq Fusion XP Targeted panels deliver superior flexibility for targeting fusions and densely overlapping SNV regions of interest. Moreover, our kits are specially designed for use with our distinct dual index (UDIs) adapters in Illumina® sequencing systems. The panels can be fully customized to support both gene-level and transcript-based designs. Our collection contains specialized panels for various oncology applications including sarcoma, leukemia, lymphoma and other types.
