It allows for complete cell lysis, reverse transcription, cDNA amplification and PCR-free NGS library prep, inclusive all required reagents and PROseq Beads for reaction cleanup. The kit also provides PROseq Unique Dual-Index Y-Adapter Kits for effective sample indexing. A high-grade NGS library is produced by the kit, along with an excess of amplified cDNA, which can be saved for subsequent experiments. It's efficiently designed for transcript discovery and differential gene expression analysis from single eukaryotic cells, enriched cell populations, and minimal RNA-seq samples, including viral RNA.
The PROseq Single Cell RNA Library Kit UDI has an elaborate function of concentrating on mRNAs, investigating the transcriptome (mRNAs and lncRNAs), or positively selecting small RNA genomes (such as viruses) derived from limited RNA samples.
