This kit, which includes reagents for first strand synthesis, molecular tagging, gene-specific amplification and library preparation, is meant for targeted RNA sequencing. It also contains a custom panel suitable for 12 samples.

Features

You have the option to select from comprehensive panels or construct a custom panel with up to 1000 genes. Unique molecular indices (UMIs) are provided to guarantee precise gene expression profiling. This method is an appropriate substitute for qPCR for gene expression starting from just 25 ng of total RNA. Access to the GeneGlobe data analysis portal is included for tasks such as read alignment, data normalization, and gene expression analysis. Both Illumina and Thermo-Fisher NGS instruments are compatible with this service.

The PROseq Targeted RNA Panels are designed as a comprehensive Solution from Sample to Insight, for RNA-seq based quantitative profiling of gene expression. The system uses unique molecular indices (UMIs) and a two-step PCR-based library preparation method to achieve unbiased and precise quantification from samples of human, mouse, and rat. Further, PROseq Targeted RNA Indices are intended for sample indexing during targeted RNA sequencing and they also provide the required primers for sequencing RNA libraries that are produced by the PROseq Targeted RNA Panels.
