PROseq UPX 3' Targeted RNA 12 index

The kit for 3' targeted RNA sequencing of 96 cells includes a breakable 96-well plate with lyophilyzed reagents for cell lysis and cDNA synthesis with Unique Molecular Indexing. Additionally, it is equipped with a gene-specific panel for the construction of 3' RNA-seq library. It is applicable for cell pellets or ultralow-input RNA samples, accommodating a total of 96 samples and up to 1000 genes per sample.

The PROseq UPX 3' Targeted RNA Panels utilize exclusive molecular index (UMIs) and ultraplex (UPX) technology for precise gene expression using 3' RNA-seq from single as well as multiple cells (1-1000), cell pellets, and previously separated total RNA (1 pg to 10 ng). You can design your own custom panel for up to 1000 genes using our custom builder. The UPX technology enables multiplexing of up to 384 plates of 384 samples (totalling 147,456 samples) at once. PROseq UPX 3' Targeted Panels are accessible for 96 or 384 samples. If you're working with fewer than 96 samples, opt for the PROseq UPX 3' Targeted RNA Panel (96) (product number 333041) which comes with a breakable plate that allows for the processing of as few as 24 samples at a time for sequencing. For parallel processing of 96 samples in 4 batches (384 samples), PROseq UPX 3' Targeted RNA Panel (96-M) (product number 333042) is available. If you need to process 384 samples simultaneously, choose the PROseq UPX 3' Targeted RNA Panel (384) (product number 333043). Do note that PROseq UPX 3' Targeted RNA Panels work exclusively with PROseq UPX Targeted RNA Indices, which must be incorporated during library formation for accurate indexing.
