PROseq UPX 3' Transcriptome Kit
Each kit meant for 3' gene expression analysis from cells or mRNA of 8-96 samples concurrently comprises a cell lysis solution, buffers, oligos, and enzymes lyophilized in a 96-well plate. These components can be separately processed for parallel analysis of 8-96 samples, making this kit format suitable for both small and large sample sizes.

Features
Begin with 10 pg to 10 ng of isolated total RNA or cell lysates. 4608-18,432 samples per single sequencing lane can be permitted by UPX tagging. UMIs remove library amplification bias to maintain the accuracy of gene expression. Enhanced LNA chemistry is employed for better accuracy, specificity, and sensitivity. This package also includes the usage of the RNA-seq Analysis Portal for samples from humans, mice, and rats. |
Product Details
The PROseq UPX 3' Transcriptome Kits are designed for executing high-throughput gene expression analysis from either cell lysates or isolated total RNA. Every kit provides sufficient product for creating 96 or 384 libraries. The kit configurations include either 96-well plates with multiple break points or 384-well plates for single use. These kits are conveniently designed with reverse transcription primers pre-lyophilized at the bottom of the plates. To create RNA-seq libraries, all you need to do is add cells or up to 10 ng of total RNA to trigger a reverse transcription reaction. Post cDNA creation, you can mix each plate into a single tube to wrap up the library preparation. The kit comes equipped with all necessary reagents to start with either cells, by using the lysis reagents provided, or RNA. |
