PROTHERAGEN offers various options for customization of enriched targets:
A fully custom panel: This panel is designed to focus on the customer's specific regions of interest (ROIs).
Use with an existing panel: This option allows customers to combine a custom panel with either a PROseq xHYB Human Hybrid Capture Panel or another custom panel.
Boosting an existing panel (unlimited ROIs): With this option, a panel is constructed to enhance ROIs with more probes, thereby increasing coverage.
