This is for processing 96 samples in pools of 4 for a hybrid capture reaction. It includes buffers and reagents for reverse transcription, hybrid capture, and post-hybrid capture amplification of viral respiratory targets. Please note, the PROseq FX DNA Library Kit needs to be purchased separately.

Including probes for complete genome enhancement, detection and identification of 89 distinct viral targets like SARS-CoV-2, influenza viruses, rhinovirus, parainfluenza viruses, enterovirus and more are part of the PROseq xHYB Respiratory Panel. HBV, HIV-1, and 19 types of high-risk HPV, including types 16 and 18, are enriched, detected and genotyped using the high quality targeted enrichment offered by the PROseq xHYB Viral STI Panel. The PROseq xHYB AMR Panel provides targeted enrichment, sequencing, and detection of over 2780 unique AMR genes which equals more than 6200 AMR markers. The PROseq xHYB Adventitious Agent Panel gives targeted enrichment for detecting 132 distinct viral targets like human adenovirus, norovirus, rotavirus, influenza viruses, SARS-CoV-2, HPV, Epstein-Barr virus, HIV, Zika virus, hepatitis viruses and more. The PROseq xHYB MPXV Panel provides targeted enrichment of the entire MPXV genome, including ITRs. It's compatible with all recognized MPXV clades and can either be used as a spike-in with any PROseq xHYB Viral Panel or as a full standalone kit for only MPXV sequencing.
